With nearly 3/4 of a century of combined experience in the carpet and flooring industry Bob and his son Kurt are on hand and ready to assist you the moment you walk through the door.
This new state-of-the-art facility located at 995 Golden Gate Terrace is well equipped and stocked, offering an inviting atmosphere where customers can comfortably and leisurely browse the extensive inventory of samples and display items on hand. The building's many amenities include wireless internet throughout, a new sound system, a property-wide security system, energy efficiency (including solar) that far surpasses expectation, a beautiful sales and display floor, and a more than ample warehouse replete with racking and storage that will allow for growth and product expansion for many years to come.
 Bob’s Discount Carpet has always been the largest and best stocked privately owned flooring dealer in Nevada County, and arguably the Sierra Nevada Foothills, making it possible for them to offer both the most competitive pricing and the largest selection in the greater Grass Valley/Nevada County area. Bob, Kurt and Bill are still the familiar faces you can expect to see behind the counter and in the warehouse running the new Golden Gate Terrace facility, but with growth comes the need for additional personnel.
